All fees are PREPAID at the beginning of the month for SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING*

*Can move days around. Can purchase consecutive month and move days forward. Can freeze month due to injury and restart up to 3 months ahead.  

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

1 on 1 session $90/hour

One trainer per client. Most individualized attention

 

Doubles session $65 per person/hour

Bring a friend or family member

 

Custom Home Workout Program $200

Includes 1 sessions plus program design

Whether you’re looking to improve your performance, health, or physique, everyone can benefit from improving strength through conditioning. Strength contributes to the overall efficiency of the human body.  For recreational & competitive athletes it leads to enhanced physical & sports performance. For the non-athlete it will help improve quality of life by reducing body fat, increasing energy, and providing you with strength and endurance to keep up with the physical demands of life.

 

Hourly Group Rate $150/hour (Indoor or outdoor training)
